Rates

To efficiently manage my schedule and provide the best service, most of the times a deposit is required. The deposit ensures that my time and appointments are reserved, helps secure the financing of tours, and covers travel expenses. The deposit is either 25% of the total fee or a flat amount. For FMTY (Fly Me To You) bookings, travel costs must also be paid upfront. Please note that travel costs are usually non-refundable once tickets have been booked.

The deposit is non-refundable in case you cancel, but it can be used for a new booking within 3 months if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. For Tours, you can use the deposit for a new appointment during the same tour, subject to availability.  

Minor rescheduling (e.g., by a few hours or 1-2 days) is usually no issue, as I am flexible and happy to accommodate. If I need to cancel (which is very rare), your deposit will, of course, be fully refunded. In exceptional cases, such as rejection at the border during international tours, natural disasters, or strikes, the deposit can be applied to a future booking.

In case of no-show, cancellation within less than 1h before the appointment for domestic bookings and 24h for international FMTY bookings or if I’m already on the way to the location the booking has to be paid in full!
